Associate Dentist

We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to play a key role in continue to grow our practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable providing advanced treatment, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation as the practice continues to expand. What You'll Be Doing Our ideal dentist is confident managing a wide range of procedures, including: - Molar root canal therapy - Single-tooth and surgical extractions - Implant placement and restoration (preferred) - Full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning - Restorative and preventive dentistry - Delivering exceptional patient experiences while educating patients on treatment options Compensation - Earn 25% of collections - No earnings cap—your income grows with your productivity - $800 daily guarantee during your first 90 days while patient volume develops - Strong long-term earning potential in a rapidly growing practice Practice Environment This is a true growth opportunity within a new practice focused on expanding access to comprehensive dental care.
