Offering global legal counsel across diverse jurisdictions, we provide both our people and customers with legal peace of mind, ensuring every step is compliant and strategically aligned for excellence, pioneering the legal frontiers that define Deliverect's journey. Your Impact As an Associate Legal Counsel at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global business forward by partnering closely with strategic commercial, product, and corporate teams. Operating from our Madrid office, you will handle high-impact commercial negotiations, champion data privacy compliance, and safeguard our corporate governance across global entities. Your pragmatic, solution-oriented guidance will directly enable revenue growth, de-risk new product innovations, and ensure seamless execution of strategic transactions like funding rounds and M&A. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Madrid, Spain office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
