About Your Role As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the Asia Wealth team of the Client Service and Marketing Department, supporting our efforts to grow and expand relationships with clients and partners in the region. The Associate will act as the orchestrator behind our efforts, translating business goals into seamless execution of internal and external initiatives while helping uncover strategic opportunities across the region. You’ll be the "air traffic controller" for a dynamic team, blending operational precision with strategic thinking to: Deliver superior service to clients and partners, acting as their trusted liaison Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans—tracking leads, synthesizing market intel, and ensuring flawless execution Design and execute seamless workflows, from high-stakes client meetings to international travel logistics, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Synthesize understanding into crisp, actionable briefs for stakeholders You will drive the following responsibilities: Partner with your team’s Client Advisor/Marketer to understand marketing goals and translate them into an organized operational cadence for the team Support to cultivate and manage relationships with partners and clients Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities Coordinate tasks, activities and collaboration sessions to meet client needs from visualization to scheduling Understand business goals and drive execution, provide direction, and project ma…
