Role Summary and Impact WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated professional to join our Media Management & Delivery team as an Associate, Biddable. In this foundational role within our Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the activation, execution, and optimization of dynamic biddable media campaigns across major platforms such as Google and Meta. By working directly with campaign data, you will develop robust analytical skills and progress from providing essential campaign support to managing end-to-end performance strategies, ultimately driving tangible business results and contributing to the continued success of our clients. Core Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Management: Support and manage the end-to-end implementation, activation, and execution of performance-based digital campaigns across key biddable platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta platforms, Amazon), ensuring strict adherence to client objectives and KPIs. Performance Analytics & Optimization: Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights. Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and prepare regular performance reports for key stakeholders. Platform Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of major biddable platforms, their underlying mechanisms, and industry best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends and platform enhancements, facilitating continuous learning within the team. Strategic Development & Client Support: Contribute to the development and presentation of performance strategies for key clients and new business prospects. Assist in client communication, providing professional updates, addressing inquiries, and amplifying client knowledge regarding the value of biddable media. Process & Workflow Management: Implement and refine workflow processes for performance campaigns and ad operations to enhance efficiency and reporting. Ensure strict adherence to all finance processes, WPP Media policies, and operational procedures. Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal planning teams, and media owners. Work effectively cross-functionally (e.g., with analytics and strategy teams) to support the delivery of integrated solutions.
