Our team believes in providing exceptional client advocacy while developing outstanding trial attorneys through meaningful responsibility and mentorship. **Confidential Employer.** **Job Description** - Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. - Counsel clients throughout the litigation process. - Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. - Take and defend depositions. - Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances. - Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. - Develop trial advocacy skills through hands-on litigation experience. - Handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, and related personal injury claims. **Qualifications** - Active Ohio Bar license in good standing. - Personal injury experience strongly preferred but not required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and case management abilities. - Self-motivated with an ownership mentality. - Desire to build courtroom and trial experience. - Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment. **Why You Will Love Working Here** This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to become a true litigator rather than simply manage files.
