(*\*in collaboration with AbbVie*) ## About the Role: Responsible for managing the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Veeva/VeevaVault applications for field teams, as well as other user groups within the company as needed. Oversees development and implementation of various updates to Neurocrine’s CRM platform to improve field team productivity, effectiveness and ensure compliance. Partner with leadership across various departments; Field Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Marketing Operations, IT, and other areas to manage and maintain Neurocrine’s CRM system. \_ ## Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): - Serves as business owner for the field and internal teams regarding Neurocrine’s CRM platform and Veeva/VeevaVault pharmaceutical and life sciences industry application and related data - Leads development of Neurocrine’s VEEVA CRM Policies for all relevant field teams - Oversees tactical implementation of all aspects of Veeva Vault CRM modules, such as Veeva Events, Account Management, Suggestions, etc. - Partners closely with the field commercial teams, Field Leadership, Marketing, and Marketing Operations to manage the functioning of the CRM system - Partners closely with Neurocrine speaker program vendors to support P2P program logistics (enter and closing programs) through VEEVA Events - Schedules quarterly meeting planning with cross-functional departments to ensures all aspects of assigned areas are aligned to the needs of the users and the overall corporate direction/strategy/goals - Oversees development and implementation of VEEVA CRM initiatives, product sampling, and VEEVA Events through direct report(s) - Contributes to the Field Operations/Systems field user team discussions to collect input on current tools/reports and apply feedback to…
