They also provide all required lighting, sound, and staging for events at their assigned location(s). Supervises and directs seasonal and part-time technical staff. **Experience, Knowledge, Skills:** Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma. - Two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience. OR - Any combination of related education, experience, certifications and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job, AND - Possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred: - Bachelor’s Degree in related field. - Four (4) years of experience in a performing arts center. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art theatrical equipment and systems. - Knowledge of theater design, acoustics, and production needs. - Experience with computerized light boards and equipment, digital / analog audio consoles and outboard gear, personal computers, and stage rigging. - Experience with Audio / Video NLE software. - Experience with complicated practices and precedents. - Ability to work events and performances as scheduled including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. - Ability to solve a variety of problems in situations where there are substantially diversified procedures, specialized standards, and only limited standardization; choose and produce a practical course of action within the established processes. **Travel:** - Category A-Standard Local Travel: This position requires occasional local travel within the County.
