Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly. - **Delivering Great Service**: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests. - **Managing the Store**: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales. - **Driving Efficiency**: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards. **What We’re Looking For** We’re searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead. - **Experience**: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role. - **Skills**: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
