The ideal candidate will have the experience and a “can-do” attitude to plan and accomplish goals with a strong sense ownership and urgency. The Assistant Store Manager must be passionate about sharing their knowledge with our customers on nutrition, health, and lifestyles for their pets. ## Requirements **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** - Lead and develop team to achieve company results through company directives and initiatives - Help the General Manager recruit and hire store staff and train retail staff as required - Assist General Manager in controlling payroll expense as well as manage other controllable expenditures - Ensure newly received product is stocked properly as well as ensure product rotation is done to company standards - Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with customers, Centinela Feed staff, and vendors - Assist General Manager with duties and tasks as required in a retail environment, and assume role of General Manager in their absence
