We need a motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy store in Franklin. Extra plus if you love fresh bagels and see beauty in imperfection As a Store Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success. ### Key Responsibilities: - **Team Leadership & Development:** Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance. - **Operational Excellence:** Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. - **Customer Service:** Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - **Quality Control:** Ensure the highest quality of our bagels, spreads, and beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. - **Administrative Tasks:** Support the General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
