**Title:** Assistant Staff Director, Flex Program (Charlotte) **Position Type:** Staff Full-Time **Days Per Week:** Monday - Friday **Hours Per Week:** 40 **VP Area:** Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs **Department:** Elon University School of Law **Location:**Elon - Charlotte Campus **Position Summary** Located at Elon University's Charlotte Campus in South End, the Assistant Staff Director will support the Staff Director in managing the Flex Program and the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte campus. This position is responsible for executing events, supporting students, and maintaining the administrative systems that keep the program running. Elon Law's Flex Program is a part-time JD program for working professionals and other place-bound students in Charlotte, NC. This position is on-site at the Elon Charlotte campus Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., when Flex Program students are in class, with flexible Friday hours based on operational needs. The Assistant Staff Director will serve as a primary point of contact for students during evening hours, helping them navigate the program and connecting them with appropriate law school resources and services. This role reports directly to the Staff Director of the Flex Program and will also support the Vice Dean, visiting Greensboro faculty and staff, and Charlotte campus faculty.
