Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development. **Job Duties:** · Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management) · Customer Experience & Guest Support · Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling · Facilities & Building Oversight · Culture Management & Communication (Including Huddle Leadership) · Store Operations & Standards · Training & Performance Management · KPI Reporting & Management Meetings · Bedding Finance/ Protection Finance **Required Qualifications:** · Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
