## Assistant Sales Manager – McGrath Powersports **Location:** Cedar Rapids, IA 🕒 **Schedule:** Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday **Compensation:** $36,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ### About the Opportunity McGrath Powersports is seeking an energetic and results-driven **Assistant Sales Manager** to help lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As one of the Midwest's premier powersports dealerships, we offer motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and more from today's leading manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step into leadership. You'll work alongside an experienced management team to develop sales consultants, drive performance, and help grow one of the area's top-performing powersports dealerships.
