The successful candidate should be creative, able to engage children with fun, hands-on activities that foster both their cognitive and social-emotional growth. Strong communication skills are essential, and a passion for continuous learning and growth in the field of early childhood education is key. In collaboration with the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher in the preschool classroom has responsibility for the care, supervision, and management of a classroom in accordance with set goals and curriculum plans utilizing High Scope.
