If you want variety, we’ve got it. There is a reason our NPC has coined the phrase “All Systems, All the Time”. We care for Renal Failure, Liver Failure, Respiratory Failure w/ ventilator management, Septic Shock w/MODS, Post Cardiac Arrest Code Cool, Post-Partem Hemorrhage, Bone Marrow Transplant, Hypovolemic Shock, Upper and Lower GI Bleed, DKA w/severe acidosis and more. **Schedule:** Full-time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts **Shift**: Nights, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (with weekend rotation) **Primary Job Responsibilities:** - Perform venous access procedures within the scope of RN licensure, ensuring proper technique and patient safety. - Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses and needs. - Assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods and address any complications. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access and infusion therapy. - Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy to ensure understanding and compliance. - Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and professional standards are met. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Ability to lead the employees of their unit in the delivery of patient care - Ability to lead performance improvement initiatives on their assigned unit - Ability to think critically in relation to the operations of the unit and delivery of patient care **Education:** - Associate's of Nursing [Required] - Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] **Work Experience:** - 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience.
