This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company. ## Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in North Oaks, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our team members. - Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service - Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies - Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels - Support the General Manager in achieving store performance goals and targets - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist in scheduling and payroll management - Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts - Pay range is $15-20 DOE ## Qualifications - Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Demonstrated proficiency in food safety practices and regulations - Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures - Skilled in pizza-making and other food preparation techniques - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and mentor others - Excellent time management and punctuality - Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
