What You’ll Love About This Role: Competitive pay with growth potential Commission Structure: $100 per lease/renewal over 6 months; $50 per lease/renewal under 6 months On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) Generous PTO and up to 15 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account with company match Flexible Spending Account Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do: Receive, record, and deposit rent and fees daily Post payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgers Manage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as needed Prepare and distribute resident statements and utility billing Complete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reports Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracy Support leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiries Maintain confidentiality of all financial and resident information Assist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operations Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Requirements What You’ll Bring: 2+ years of experience as a leasing agent and/or assistant manager in the multifamily housing industry. Ability to work a weekly schedule including Saturdays. Prior experience using Yardi is preferred. Strong financial and administrative skills Ability to handle cash and manage confidential information Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in data entry and reporting Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operations High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience) Additional Details: Work is performed in a professional office environment Minimal physical effort or exposure to risk Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required for the role.
