Your Contribution and Responsibilities: Focus on Customers and Community - Provide consistent, positive, and engaging customer experiences rooted in company values - Create and foster a customer-centric shop culture - Address customer needs and concerns through genuine care and authentic human connection - Embrace, share, and coach customer feedback - Cultivate and nurture a lively and spirited shop vibe for the team and customers Build Effective Teams - Assist the General Manager in identifying, screening and hiring the right talent - Lead and coach shop trainers in effective training to ensure retention and minimize employee turnover - Foster a growth-oriented environment through continuous team development, coaching, and feedback - Plan and execute company training programs - Supervise and address team performance Execution - Ensure effective execution of daily operations - Maintain oversight of all hourly positions to ensure all company standards are being met - Navigate ambiguity, embrace and lead change, and make intentional and strategic decisions - Clearly detail and communicate shop performance to the General Manager - Utilize and oversee established systems, tools, and procedures - Uphold company standards and norms - Coach and uphold Sweet Cow’s standard of cleanliness - Ensure optimal product and supply levels through accurate inventory-taking - Delegate tasks based on customer flow and necessary action items - Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Communicate with Impact - Utilize open and direct communication - Engage, connect, coach, and lead teams with clarity, positivity, and kindness - Train, coach, and provide feedback creating an understanding of our company, shop priorities, and menu - Develop teams through sharing the company's mission, values, history, and purpose - Clearly, directly, and with vision deliver team messaging, creating a culture of comprehension and enthusiasm for all things ‘Sweet Cow’ - Maintain weekly communication to the team with pertinent information and upcoming changes - Communicate with precision and influence across various communication channels while articulating knowledge and desired outcomes with clarity & positivity - Embrace feedback and communicate in a timely, considerate, and detailed manner - Create and foster a challenging and rewarding culture through meaningful contribution and a sense of team pride - Create, foster, and maintain a shop culture of accountability, purpose, and pride around meeting performance expectations Core Responsibilities: - Weekly and Daily Planning & Execution: Develop and implement weekly and daily plans, ens…
