They work closely with the General Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role is a steppingstone for aspiring managers, offering valuable experience, and training for future leadership positions within the company. **Responsibility** - Assisting the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. - Supervising and training team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and providing feedback and coaching. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines. - Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals. - Performing administrative tasks and inventory management. Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager (GM) in the GM's absence, ensuring continuity of operations ## Qualifications - Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. - A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. - Must be at least 18 years of age.
