As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business objectives - Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high performance standards - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive shopping environment - Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise - Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards - Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations - Handle cash management and daily financial reporting - Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of team members ## Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in retail or customer service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities - Outstanding customer service orientation - Proficiency in time management and multitasking - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office suite - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required ## Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
