As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced food service environment. - Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management - Ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, and safety are maintained - Oversee and participate in customer order processing, both in-person and over the phone - Train and supervise team members on proper equipment operation and store procedures - Manage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries and stocking items - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures - Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals - Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting ## Qualifications - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant equipment - Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling - Ability to read maps and navigate delivery areas efficiently - Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs - Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
