Opportunities are limitless with Domino's! ## Job Description **Position Summary** Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a **fast-paced, high-energy environment**. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality - Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting - Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management - Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently - Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times - Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed **Compensation & Perks** - **Hourly Pay:** **$18.50 – $24.00 per hour** (based on experience and performance) - Tips available when assisting with deliveries (if applicable) - Employee food discounts - Paid training - Flexible scheduling **Benefits** - **Paid Sick Leave** in accordance with Washington State law - **Health Insurance:** Medical coverage with **50%–75% of premium covered** for team members averaging **130+ hours per month** after 90 days - **Dental and Vision plans** available for purchase **Scheduling Expectations** - Strong availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required - Flexible weekly scheduling provided whenever possible **Qualifications** - Must be **18 years or older** - Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills - Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment** - Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills - Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!) **Career Growth Opportunities** Domino’s is built on internal promotion.
