## Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Pontiac, United States. We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. - Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during shifts - Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Assist in inventory management and supply ordering - Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards - Participate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and cleaning - Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals - Train and develop new team members - Maintain a clean and organized work environment ## Qualifications - Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude - Proficiency in math and problem-solving - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems - Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) ## Additional Information $15-$17 an hour All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
