Assistant Golf Professional

What We’re Looking For… We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support the daily operations of our golf facility and supervise Golf Shop staff, starters/rangers, and range/cart attendants in the absence of the Director of Golf. This role assists with golf shop operations, merchandise management, tee time scheduling, tournament and event coordination, payroll support, customer service, and golf instruction, while ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be enrolled in or have completed Level 3 of the PGA of America apprenticeship program, and possess experience in a private or semi-private club environment. A valid Florida driver’s license, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of golf operations, etiquette, and merchandising are required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, and perform duties that require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
