Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

What We’re Looking For… We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team! The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will support the daily operations and maintenance of our championship golf course. This leadership role assists in planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities, managing staff, ensuring course conditioning standards, and supporting safety, irrigation, and environmental programs. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant or Soil Science, or a related field, along with 3–4 years of golf course maintenance experience. Applicants must possess a Florida Commercial Ornamental & Turf pesticide license, a valid driver’s license, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while lifting up to 50 pounds.
