A leader in the fast casual movement, Piada combines fresh, modern Italian cuisine, in a delicious made to order format featuring tossed pastas, fresh chopped salads and hand rolled Piadas.* The Senior Chef is a position for those preparing to be future Piada Partners in our organization. In this role you will learn the overall responsibilities of a Piada Partner and run the overall restaurant under the guidance of the Partner.
