The Assistant Director, Working Professional Recruitment is part of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) unit in the Owen Graduate School of Management (OGSM) at Vanderbilt University and is a key individual contributor responsible for assisting in the development and execution of innovative strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll students in full-time and part-time graduate management education programs targeted specifically at working professionals. This role manages key components of the working professional recruitment lifecycle, and collaborates with various departments, both internal and external to OGSM to achieve enrollment goals while enhancing the school's brand presence in the professional community. The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) unit is a dedicated team within OGSM focused on optimizing the recruitment, selection, aiding, onboarding, and enrollment of students throughout their academic journey. The SEM unit employs data-driven strategies that align enrollment practices with OGSM’s reputational ambitions, revenue goals, and academic mission. **Duties and Responsibilities** - **Strategic Planning**: Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy that effectively targets working professionals, focusing on the unique value propositions of the Owen Graduate School of Management’s graduate programs. - **Recruitment Lifecycle Management**: Manage key components of the working professional recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to application processing and enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students. - **Personalized Admissions Support**: Provide individualized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate informed decision-making. - **Collaboration**: Partner with all areas of OGSM SEM, Selection and Evaluation, Enrollment Operations and Systems, OGSM Marcomm, and academic departments to create cohesive outreach campaigns, informational sessions, and events that effectively engage working professionals. - **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the graduate management education landscape, assisting in the adjustment of recruitment strategies as needed to remain competitive. - **Networking and Outreach**: Build and mai…
