Reporting to the Director Finance & Accounting, this role oversees core accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, reconciliations, cash activity, and audit preparation. The Finance & Accounting Manager leads and mentors accounting staff, supports compliance with all applicable regulations and funder requirements, and works closely with the Director of F&A and Grants Accounting Supervisor to ensure complete, accurate, and well-documented financial information that supports the agency's mission and operational needs. ***\*Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. \*This is an in-person position. For the first six months, new F&A staff are required to be in office at the HQ site (1415 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115) five days a week.
