Learn And Play aims to be one of the best schools in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. **Purpose:** Assists Center Directors in coordinating center services and related activities such as center management and classroom supervision. Provides support to perform various functions to ensure successful center operation. **What will you be doing?** · Acts in place of the Center Director when he/she is not on the premises. · Maintains current knowledge of early childhood best practices and quality programming through State licensing requirements and guidelines. · Provides professional development by teaching teams and through attendance and participation at semi-annual conferences. · Supervises and assists classroom staff as needed.
