You'll: - Work closely with the Shop Leader to support daily shop operations - Coach, mentor, and develop barbers and stylists - Help maintain high standards for cuts, colors, shaves, and customer service - Lead by example behind the chair while delivering an exceptional client experience - Support recruiting and hiring efforts to help build a strong team - Assist with inventory management, purchase orders, and month-end responsibilities - Help manage scheduling, shop performance, and operational efficiency - Foster a positive, collaborative culture where people enjoy coming to work ## What You'll Bring - Active Illinois Barber or Cosmetology License - 3+ years of barbering or styling experience in a fast-paced environment - Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role - Experience with coaching, inventory management, recruiting, scheduling, or business operations is a plus - Passion for developing others and delivering outstanding service - Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends ## Ready to Take the Next Step?
