As a unified platform, the Activewear Value Stream combines global scale, speed and technical expertise, positioning MAS as a trusted partner for innovative, performance and lifestyle apparel. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage and oversee staff transportation services, ensuring smooth daily operations and administrative coordination. - Oversee cafeteria operations and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment. - Administer facility infrastructure and supervise housekeeping/cleaning staff to maintain workplace standards. - Provide administrative support across various business functions as required. - Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in relevant systems and databases. - Prepare meeting minutes, distribute records of discussions, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines. - Monitor office supply inventory levels and coordinate procurement to maintain adequate stock. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - Degree in Human Resources or relevant field - Good communication skills - Analytical skills - People management - Excel/ word/ PowerPoint knowledge
