About the role The Assistant Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving the acquisition and growth of new corporate accounts within Lalamove for Business. This role supports the Head of Sales by overseeing both the Acquisition Team (focused on signing and activating medium to enterprise clients) and the Business Development (BD) Associate, who leads corporate communications, industry partnerships, and strategic outreach efforts. This role ensures teams hit revenue and activation targets, standardizes sales processes, improves lead-to-win performance, and strengthens coordination between Sales, BD/Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Driver Operations.
