Our regular work schedule is M-F 3:00 pm -11:30 pm with some overtime opportunities as needed. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Assembling parts and components using hand and power tools. - Cut and connect cables and/or wires to panels. - Label wires and components as well as install tags and associated labels on the panel boxes. - Install company name plates and any identification labels and/or tags. - Measure parts to determine tolerances, using measuring instruments - Aid with inspecting, testing, point to point, adjusting and correcting issues found in testing to ensure units meet specifications, tolerances and customer requirements. - Study and learn to read schematics in order to diagnose issues with drawings and functionality of the panels. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience - Knowledge of electrical theory and/or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach this - The ability to read schematics is a plus, but we can teach this - High School Diploma / GED - Seeking long-term position - Attentive to details - Produces high quality workmanship - Efficient, loyal, courteous, respectful, positive attitude - Great communication skills **Physical Requirements:** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand.
