Our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement makes this an exciting place to thrive, lead change, and drive meaningful results. ## Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering or Technology from a four-year college or university preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered - Experience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations in a production environment - Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment - Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled systems and automated machinery preferred - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills - Experience with AutoCAD, or similar design software preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
