Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, testing, troubleshooting and manufacturing of transducers. Has a vast knowledge of the various build processes within the department. Demonstrates advanced Sensor manufacturing skills. Efficiently completes daily tasks according to the standard times without sacrificing the quality of the product. General knowledge of the MRP system **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. - Assembly may be in clean rooms and involve assembly of miniature components under a microscope. - Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product. - Utilize small hand tools calibrated instruments measurement equipment microscopes and custom fixtures tools and assembly aids. - Work with engineers and technicians to resolve process issues and suggest improvements on an ongoing basis. - Maintain clean room integrity by using proper attire and adherence to clean room environment practices and procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely records/documentation related to quality work in progress test results labor (e.g. timecards) and special projects. - Strictly adhere to general safety rules manufacturing procedures company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations. - Fulfil assembly requests for prototypes against verbal or written instructions as required. - Train other assemblers on a wide range of tasks. - Perform miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned. - Participate in meetings as requested. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** *(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
