This position performs advanced assembly operations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures. The Assembler III is responsible for supporting production through line clearance, material handling with full product traceability, rework activities, and in-process and final quality inspections. Location: 5920 Longbow Dr. Boulder CO 80301 Shift: 2:45 PM to 10:45 PM Monday-Friday **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** - Perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness and compliance with manufacturing requirements. - Perform in-process and final quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and quality standards. - Perform rework, repair, and disposition activities following approved manufacturing procedures and work instructions. - Handle materials while maintaining product identification, inventory accuracy, and full traceability throughout the manufacturing process. - Assemble medical devices using approved manufacturing instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures. - Complete required production documentation accurately and in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Identify, investigate, and communicate quality or production issues to Production Leadership and Quality. - Support non-standard builds, engineering builds, pilot lots, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. - Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, ISO requirements, GMP, safety procedures, and Medtronic quality standards. - Partner with Production Supervisors, Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Trainers to support daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement. - Assist with training and mentoring less experienced assemblers when needed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles.
