We are currently **seeking a Assembly / Critical Deburr Technician in our Jessup, MD** location. The Deburr smooths edges and sides of manufactured parts, typically metal components, either manually or with a machine. As a Deburr you inspect and finish equipment parts to ensure they fit properly into the machinery according to the specifications. In addition, a commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Deburr and finish of metal components - Set up and run various Deburr equipment (oscillator, buffers and grinders) - Must be able to read and understand blue prints - Deburr of both small and large aluminum pieces - Assist with assembly of small components such as heilcoils - Excellent attention to detail - Uphold the company core values - Other duties as assigned **Physical Demands:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. - While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk, and hear. - Frequently use your hands and fingers; handle, feel, and reach with your hands and arms. - Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. - Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
