This role works collaboratively with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** • Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules. • Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively. • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. • Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads. • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage. • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required. • Follow established manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines. • Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production objectives. • Participate in and follow lean manufacturing methodologies and manufacturing practices • Perform other duties as assigned. ## Qualifications **Required Qualifications** • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferred but not required. • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. • Basic math and measurement skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** • Understanding of manufacturing and production processes. • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands. • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. **Work Environment** • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial facility environment. • May require overtime, shift work, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs…
