This role involves working with mechanical and electrical components while ensuring quality and safety standards. **Essential Functions:** - Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools - Follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPs - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics - Record results in computer systems - Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements - Report issues related to materials, processes, or equipment - Support Lean/5S initiatives - Maintain a safe, organized work area - Complete production documentation - Support installations (10–20% travel) **Competencies:** - High school diploma or GED - Ability to read technical instructions - Basic computer skills - Strong mechanical aptitude - Ability to work independently and in teams - Effective communication skills **Education and Experience:** - 1–3 years manufacturing or assembly experience - Electromechanical or medical device experience - Familiarity with Lean or 5S - Experience with electrical testing tools **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** *The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
