## Description **Job Summary** **Assembler B use electrical, pneumatic and/or hand tools to assemble standardized or special cases, both having close tolerances, strict inspection and operating requirements. Use a fixture device for proper positioning of case during assembly. Responsible for following strict specifications of work order for each assigned case.** **Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities** **Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:** · Build refrigeration display cases per customer specifications within allotted time · Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards · Maintain accurate records/documents as required · Always maintain a safe and clean work area · Observe all safety procedures · Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills** **Required:** · High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience **Associated Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** · Possess basic mechanical aptitude/ability to operate electrical, pneumatic and/or hand tools to assemble cases · Possess the ability to read, write, accurately read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations · Possess the ability to cross-train in other stations and lines as required **Core Job Competencies** **To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following job competencies:** · Cooperation/Teamwork – Works harmoniously and contributes to building a positive team spirit while working with others to get a job done; responds positively to instructions and procedures. · Oral/Written Communication – Expresses oneself clearly in conversation and expresses oneself clearly in business writing.
