This position is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities - Manage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projects - Supervise crews, subcontractors, and project schedules - Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state asbestos regulations - Coordinate inspections, air monitoring, permits, and project documentation - Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and project walkthroughs - Track job costs, materials, labor, and project progress - Communicate with customers, consultants, adjusters, and internal teams - Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policies - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Requirements - Must be licensed and certified as an Asbestos Supervisor - Previous asbestos abatement project management experience required - Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety procedures - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Experience in restoration, demolition, or environmental services preferred What We Offer - Competitive pay based on experience - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance - Paid time off and holidays - Growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive and professional work environment Schedule - Full-time - Monday–Friday - Occasional after-hours or emergency response work may be required To apply, please submit your resume along with any relevant certifications and licenses.
