RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an **Art Director** to join for an approximate **6-month** project! *This position requires being fully onsite in Seattle, WA.* As an Art Director, you'll lead projects and own relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits our design community while pushing the creative envelope from brief to execution. From ideation through launch, you will be responsible for delivering beautiful, insightful and data-driven concepts that translate needs and constraints into customer-focused ideas and solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and execution, articulating end-to-end experiences, and turning that vision into high-quality experiences. This could include video content, user interface designs, presentation design, event signage, and swag. This role will use data and insights to create campaign strategies and concepts, develop designs and the look and feel for experiences, as well as templates for events and experiences that will solve customer problems. Candidates should be able to deliver high-quality designs and stellar art direction across different touch points. Candidates should have in-depth understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Figma. For this role, we’re looking for a conceptual art director who also has strong design skills and an understanding of UX and motion design. **As an Art Director, You Will** - Conceptualize, design (art), and execute innovative creative for events and experiences. - Partner with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on objectives. - Independently lead creative workstreams and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agency partners. - Obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers both innovation and results. - Present ideas and concepts internally. - Proven ability to ideate for print, digital, web, experiential and social. - Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines. **In This Role, You Bring** - 5+ years experience as conceptual creative (Art Director) at advertising agencies and/or as an in-house creative. - An online creative portfolio demonstrating a conceptual thinking skillset, art direction, and design for branding and events. - Motion Design Skills (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.). - In-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex.
