Our partner is looking for a Arquiteto de Software, Senior based in Brazil.** This role is an opportunity for a senior software architect to lead the technical evolution of a critical digital healthcare platform. You will drive architectural decisions for the modernization and modularization of a legacy prescription system, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. The position combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on collaboration across engineering and business teams. You will contribute to the adoption of AI-supported development practices, helping shape a more efficient and innovative software delivery lifecycle. Working within an agile-at-scale environment, you will influence architecture standards, engineering quality, and long-term technology direction. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about solving complex challenges and building impactful digital solutions. ### Accountabilities The role is responsible for defining and guiding the technical strategy of a critical platform, ensuring architecture excellence while supporting modernization initiatives and AI-enabled engineering practices. - Define, evolve, and govern the software architecture for a digital prescription solution. - Lead technical reviews of proposed technology stacks, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for modularization. - Support discovery, design, prioritization, and implementation phases by contributing to planning sessions, architecture discussions, and technical demonstrations. - Establish standards for quality, security, scalability, and reliability, especially when handling sensitive healthcare data and digital signature processes. - Collaborate on the analysis of legacy systems, extracting business rules and technical dependencies with the support of Generative AI tools when applicable. - Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, including technical leads and developers, through design decisions, code reviews, and technical debt resolution. - Contribute to technical governance forums and support engineering best practices across the project. - Monitor and improve engineering health indicators, including delivery efficiency, rework reduction, and software performance metrics. **Requirements:** The ideal candidate brings strong software architecture experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments involving modernization, security, and regulated industries. - Proven experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead working with critical, large-scale systems. - Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and system integrations. - Strong understanding of data security practices, including protection of sensitive information and compliance requirements such as LGPD. - Experience with legacy system modernization, decomposition, and modularization strategies. - Familiarity with agile methodologies at scale, including SAFe, Agile Release Trains (ART), and PI Planning is desirable. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business/product stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills and experience making architecture decisions in complex environments. - Interest and openness to working with Generative AI adoption in software development processes, including Agentic SDLC practices. **Benefits:** - Competitive compensation package. - Health and dental insurance. - Meal and food allowance. - Childcare assistance. - Extended parental leave. - Wellness and fitness partnerships through platforms such as Wellhub and TotalPass. - Profit-sharing program (PLR). - Life insurance. - Continuous learning opportunities through professional development platforms. - Discounts with partner services and products. - Access to online resources focused on physical, mental…
