**Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently seeking an ARMED SECURITY SHIFT SUPERVISOR,** **Bilingual Spanish / English** **with a background in the Security Industry and CUSTOMER SERVICE, in Doral Florida.** **Shifts Available:** Thursday- Tuesday 2200 PM-0600 AM **Payrate** **: $21.00/hrs.** **SECURITY SHIFT SUPERVISOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:** - Functions as an Armed Shift Supervisor for a team of Security Officers, Lead Officers and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site, acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. - Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions. - Trains Security Officers, reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates. - In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions. - Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required. - Inspects posts as schedules and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. - Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service. - As assigned, in accordance with company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carried out supervisory duties that can include some or all the following: interviewing, orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring and termination recommendations. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Must have a valid **Florida Armed D & G Guard license.** - Military experience a plus - Must be at least 21 years of age - Minimum High School Diploma / GED - Must be able to understand both English and Spanish and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. - Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position - Must be able to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends - Customer Service Experience is required **BENEFITS:** - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Medical Plan - Vision Plan - Dental Plan - Life Insurance - 401 K - Referral Bonuses - Career Development Opportunities **EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disability** Doyle Security Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
