If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values its team and promotes from within, we encourage you to apply today. ## Requirements - Must possess a **valid Armed Security Officer license** in accordance with state/local regulations - Minimum of **2 years of experience** in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred - Valid firearm permit and ability to demonstrate proficiency with assigned weapon - High School Diploma or GED required; additional security or criminal justice education a plus - Must pass a background check and drug screening - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure - Must be physically fit, able to stand or patrol for extended periods, and work in various environments - CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) preferred - Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for all assigned shifts
