### Job Title: Project Sales Manager – Government Projects (B2B) **Location:** Pune / Bangalore / Chennai **CTC:** Up to ₹8.5 LPA **Experience:** 3+ Years **Industry:** Building Materials (Cement & Concrete Industry Not Suitable) ### Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic **Project Sales Manager** with strong experience in **Government Sales and Government Projects** within the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, tender-based projects, and managing relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. ### Key Responsibilities - Drive B2B sales for government and institutional projects. - Identify and develop opportunities through government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. - Participate in tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and project partners. - Track upcoming government projects, infrastructure developments, and market opportunities. - Achieve sales targets and support business growth within the assigned territory. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. ### Requirements - 3+ years of experience in **Government Sales / Project Sales**. - Strong B2B sales experience in the **Building Materials industry**. - Experience handling government tenders, institutional sales, and project-based sales. - Good network with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to independently manage large accounts and project opportunities.
