Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and motivating janitorial teams • Building strong customer relationships • Conducting quality inspections and audits • Hiring, training, and coaching employees • Managing staffing levels and coverage • Tracking activity through CRM software • Maintaining labor budgets and operational goals • Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally • Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met • Supporting employee growth and development • Improving processes and driving operational excellence What We're Looking For - Strong communication and leadership skills - Reliable transportation - Ability to work independently and make decisions - Organized and detail-oriented mindset - Dependable and professional attitude - Must be at least 18 years old Experience Preferred, Not Required Leadership, supervisory, or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
