**Area Construction Manager** **Sineath ConstructionFull-Time • Leadership Role • Onsite + Field-Based*Office Location: Weaverville, NC (Commute - Required)*** **About the Role** Sineath Construction is growing, and we're adding a proven **Area Construction Manager** to lead performance across multiple active job sites. This is a **hands-on leadership role**, responsible for overseeing **3-4 Field Managers**, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, quality stays high, schedules stay tight, and customers feel supported every step of the way. If you're a builder at heart but operate like an owner-forecasting 30-90 days out, coaching field teams, making operational decisions with confidence, and protecting both margin and reputation-this role is built for you. **What You'll Own** - Lead and manage **3-4 Field Managers**, including coaching, performance accountability, and talent development. - Ensure all projects have baseline schedules, are properly launched, and followed through company SOPs. - Provide **clear 60-day completion projections** to both internal teams and clients. - **Drive quality control, safety standards, and customer satisfaction across all assigned projects.** - Partner with **Purchasing, Estimating, and Design** for strong pre-construction handoffs and smooth project starts. - Lead **warranty resolution** with urgency and professionalism. - Be a **culture carrier**-modeling accountability, communication, and problem-solving. - Handle **conflict resolution** and client escalations with tact, urgency, and emotional intelligence. - Inspect job sites regularly to verify schedule accuracy, trade partner performance, and workmanship standards. **Leadership & Culture Expectations** - Maintain a company-first perspective-operating above the project level with a focus on results and team development. - Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Field Managers. Address performance gaps early and professionally. - Encourage ongoing professional development-GC License, technical training, continuing education. - Anticipate problems before they surface-build plans, not reactions. - Hold the bar high.
