It’s the spirit of our people – the passion, commitment, and a great team environment – that makes our company a great place to work. ***Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.*** **What we expect…** - Prepares architectural plans as directed by design managers and assists design managers in construction administration activities. - Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval. - Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors. - May assist design managers in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals. - May periodically assist design managers in conducting on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. - Prepares studies and reports. - Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment. ## Qualifications **Who we want…** - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 2 to 5 years of experience; or the equivalent combination of both education and experience. - Experience designing in Revit is highly preferred and experience producing architectural drawings is required. - Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, design software and e-mail. - Physically present in a Gray office.
