Operating as the Train Architect, you will serve as the architectural authority for the LIS ART by directing architecture traffic, ensuring alignment across teams, and partnering closely with enterprise architects and senior IS leadership to maintain a consistent, forward-looking technology vision. In this role, you’ll help drive key strategic initiatives, applying Artificial Intelligence (AI tools) to drive modernization of core platforms such as improving application and underwriting experiences, enhancing the customer and associate experience, and accelerating delivery through innovation. We’re looking for a technically strong, collaborative leader who can influence teams and deliver modern, secure, scalable solutions. As the Train Architect for the Life Insurance Solutions Agile Release Train (ART), you'll partner with business and technology teams to build solutions that support multiple products and use cases across the value stream.
